985 O Van Dam #SL1a imageVan Dam #SL1a, 1907 5c Saskatchewan Law stamp, inverted center, used, bright colors on fresh paper, from the first printing of the Coat of Arms series; these stamps were printed in sheets of 25, the center "Coat of Arms" emblem was contained on loose printing "slugs", one for each stamp, the invert was created by the inadvertent placement of one of these slugs, appearing in the same position on each sheet; punched and crayon cancelled as is the norm, a few trivial scuffed perfs at top right; a very rare stamp which is certainly the key to any Canada (or Provincial) revenue collection.
