482 og/O   France & Colonies valuable accumulation of circuit books, likely over four hundred books filling a large box, representing all areas of France and French colonial philately, from the more common items to scarcer, less often seen areas, noting a couple of dozen books of Obock alone, stamps and sets cataloguing over $50 and even $100 found throughout, with many books retaining hundreds of dollars of catalogue value, stamps with expert marks or certificates are present, noting Ivory Coast #Q30 o.g. with clear A.P.E.X. certificate, many books of French Offices in China and Indo-China, used examples with attractive c.d.s. postmarks, several books of France including high-cataloguing sets and semi-postals, condition mixed as expected, and some questionable identification and suspect overprints, but overall much better quality than is often seen, with countless very fine stamps included, many of these books appear to have been prepared but never been placed in circulation, the result of countless hours of effort on the part of a dedicated and enthusiastic collector, likely several tens of thousands of dollars in catalogue value if not greater, thus an incredible opportunity for the retailer, worth setting aside significant time for a careful review.
