II, Center Inverted, an attractive appearing used example of this rare and popular invert, with colors that are a good deal stronger than what is most often encountered, plus its impressions are detailed on bright paper, while centered slightly to the top it is sufficiently well centered to clear its perforations all around, relatively light cork cancel which does not obscure the inverted central vignette, small repair at top left and small corner creases at bottom, neither of which affect the stamp's fine appearance; only approximately 100 copies are believed to have survived; the Scott catalog value is for fine centered examples with minimal faults as most copies are faulty;1992 PF certificate.
