Luis Potosi" c.d.s. (Schatzkes 1455), being a most remarkable and unique three-color franking, in outstandingly fine state of preservation; accompanied by clear 1998 Jaretzky certificate stating this item to be genuine in all respects and 2016 MEPSI certificate stating that only the "58" invoice on the 25c. has been added fraudulently, but the stamps including the significant 7c. pair, cover and cancels are all genuine.
