Scotia/MAY 15 92" split double-ring c.d.s., light file fold through the Halifax cancel, otherwise a very fine Douglas correspondence cover and this being the earliest known example of the 9 Cy. rate between Halifax and the "Island" (P.E.I. didn't become a province until 1799).
