747 ogbl C3a, C3c, C3e, C3k image#C3a, C3c, C3e, C3k, 1921 "Air Mail/to Halifax, N.S./1921" overprint on 35c Red, inverted overprint, an extraordinary mint block of four of this rare overprint error showing four different types of overprint from the setting of 25, pos 4-5, 9-10, the top left stamp (#C3c) with wide spacing and period after "1921," the top right stamp (#C3a) showing wide spacing, the bottom left stamp (#C3k) with narrow spacing with the "1" of "1921" below "f" of Halifax and the bottom right stamp (#C3e) with narrow spacing and also showing the "1" of "1921" below the "f" of Halifax, strong and intact perforations all around, o.g., l.h., fresh and very fine; only four examples each of #C3e and C3k exist and this is the only surviving block showing all four overprint types inverted, this being from pane IV with the overprint shifted so that the date appears on the stamp above; 2002 BPA certificate; ex-Hind, Cooper (Unitrade C$84,375.00).
