Image#U479b var., "2" on 3c Dark violet on white, die 7, double surcharge, UPSS die 146, size 21, knife 100, wmk. 20, mint entire in the smaller of the two sizes in which this die comes, fresh with deep color, two distinct impressions of the large "2" surcharge, also an unusual nearly complete strike of the "2" type 4 surcharge (nearly all, if not all, of the issue with large "2" have portions of the type 4 surcharge), fresh and extremely fine; the double surcharge is unlisted in Scott and has now been inexplicably delisted by UPSS, with this quite likely the only example; 2002 PF certificate as a "triple" surcharge with two of the UPSS type 7 surcharges and one of the type 3 (really 4) surcharge; ex-Whitington (UPSS formerly #3036a).
