1943 ogOP   France 19th Century lot of rare and scarce stamps, over 60 items with duplication, a number of which catalog thousands of dollars each, many are from the First Issue, with values to 1Fr mint and used, imperforate Napoleon issues to 1Fr, plus the perforated 5Fr, also some tete-beche pairs including an unused 1870 10c (Scott #56a; Behr certificate "regummed, otherwise superb"), four examples of the rare 1880 1c Black on Prussian blue (Scott #87), three of which are accompanied by Behr certificates stating genuine, original gum and minor imperfections, also some proofs, a few questionable items, mixed condition but nearly all with fine-very fine appearance; careful examination is necessary, the total catalog value is enormous.
