(faint spot of discoloration on gum mentioned only for strict accuracy), fine; apparently a tiny number of the 50c value with the St. Edward's Crown watermark were supplied only to Singapore and went unnoticed until a clerk from the Post Office was examining the stock for withdraw, when he noticed they were not on the normal Multiple Script CA watermark, the clerk kept the 25 examples left from the sheet and since then only a few others (all mint) have surfaced, making this probably the rarest regularly issued Queen Elizabeth II stamp of the British Commonwealth, with only 28 examples in private hands; clear 2007 BPA certificate.
