1396 nh RW52a Image#RW52a, 1985 $7.50 Hunting Permit stamp, light blue omitted, caused by a double paper splice in the second row (where the light blue color is missing at the top of each stamp), in addition the splice caused a color changeling of the ducks and their water reflections from brownish red to yellow, vertical strip of six, with the top stamp completely missing the light blue, o.g., n.h., second stamp with trivial gum disturbance, very fine; there are only four examples of this visually striking error in existence, three strips of six and one plate block of twelve; photocopy of a 2006 PF certificate for the original sheet of thirty.
