the odd trivial bends and surface marks though a beautiful and most desirable series of blocks; very rare of which only one sheet of each value existed; ex "Adamastor" and "Port Louis".
Note: The 3d. 9d and 5/- values never existed in this form and the absence of the imprint from the 10d. block reflects the later manufacture of the plate for that value. (Image 1)
