20330 Sassone Sassone image1941 (April 1st) Cover from Eisenerz (Germany) sent as "poste restante" to be collected by the addressee in Ljubljana P.O., taxed on 22 May -almost two months after dispatch, during which period Yugoslavia had been invaded and occupied by the Germans and Italians- with "Co. Ci." 1d overprinted postage due tied by red crayon cross and Ljubljana cds; one month later, on 24.6, was unclaimed and as such with bilingual instructional label tied by cds was sent back to sender.(Image 1) (Image 2)
