1860: Cover to Bermuda with reverse showing fine TURKS-ISLANDS double arc cds of despatch in
brown (Sept 26) and double arc 'St. Thomas' transit in black alongside (Oct 9), rated '4' in manuscript on obverse. Carried on the schooner "Tees" chartered by the Turks Government woth the RMSP contract expired in July 1860. The "Delta's" next
