A rare and spectacular item of forwarded mail with addition that it had travelled underpaid all the ways to its' final destination, faults/stains. ÷ 1866, frankierte vorgedruckte Drucksache von PARMA 30 OTT 66 nach Tarascon/Frankreich mit Weiterleitung nach Toulouse. Auf dem Weg über Turin wurde die unzureichende Frankierung bemerkt und mit zweimal Ra2 "FRANCOBOLLO INSUFFICIENTE" dokumentiert, in Tarascon mit Frankreich "20 C.
