1914-19 WWI collection comprising Military Field Post Cards x150 (approx) with a wide variety of different unit postmarks & cachets noted 'SMS KAISER MAX' and plenty of interest in the messages such as "... it is a certainty we were betrayed, as three of our own men escaped to them ...", mail to Austro-Hungarian POWs c/- Danish Red Cross or Russian Moskauer Hilfscomite in Denmark x200 (approx) including quite a number from Hungary, a batch of Austrian POW cards x20+ to prisoners in Italy many sent from Prag and other Czech towns, plus Russian POW cards to Austria x60+ with various forms including reply portions, Russian censors & postmarks, a little civilian mail, wide range of censor handstamps & labels, condition a little variable but many are fine to very fine. Weighs 3½kg.
