Smith, 53 Egerton Gardens, S.W", franked by a 1d lilac tied by London S.W duplex. The enclosed letter on "Marlborough Club, Pall Mall S.W" notepaper, written and signed by the Prince of Wales, "Saturday Morning, Dear Mrs Smith. Many thanks for your kind letter of congratulation on my winning the "Grand National" yesterday. It was a very fine race and "Kinsman" ran remarkably well, believe me. Sincerely yours, Albert Edward". A few cover faults, the letter fine.
