Trans-Australian Railway Opening Ceremony: fine 56 page book, filled with photos, produced for the Opening Ceremony, printed by AJ Mullett the Government Printer. This example includes a personal note from WA Watt Federal Minister for Works & Railways for guests at the ceremony. A typed note, dated 28th December 1917, at back states that the Opening Ceremony was abandoned. This copy was presented to 'H.R.M. Piggot M.P.' (Federal).
