Large to huge margins, intense shade and impression, couple minor wrinkles, red "Free" cancel and matching "Boyd's City Express Post Feb. 17 O'C" oval datestamp clearly struck on small folded letter addressed locally, inside is a poignant Valentine love letter, some minor soiling, Very Fine, the scarce Third Issue 20L3 is infrequently found on cover in this choice condition (Image)
