In two binders, to about 1960, early issues a little spotty, but does contain some better entires, much of the value in the surcharges of the 1920s, including Nos. U476, U479b, U488 and U489, all four of these with P.F. certificates, also Air Post issues, some varieties, a few trivial imperfections (the P.F. noted tiny flaws on three of the four above mentioned), overall Fine-Very Fine, Scott Retail should be well in excess of $4,000.00, probably approaching $5,000.00
