1899, 1k orange Coat-of-Arms (Scott 1), ten (strip of five, pair, 3 singles) franking Mar. 3, 1902 cover from Chefoo to New York, NY, all tied by light Cyrillic Chefoo 3 III 1902 postmarks; reverse shows the cover's progress through Shanghai (Chinese cancel, Mar. 10, and Cyrillic 11 III), Nagasaki (Mar. 14), and Yokohama (Mar. 16), arriving New York Apr. 9; small stain in address panel, small part of backflap missing, but otherwise sound for its age, Fine to Very Fine.
