Highlights include an 1858 cover with St. Louis "Oyster & Fruit House" corner card and bold "FREE" handstamp addressed to U.S. Senator Anthony Kennedy of Maryland; an 1868 3c issue used on Baltimore advertising cover for "packers of hermetically sealed oysters, fruits"; and a striking all-over advertising cover sent from the 1901 Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo.
