MACGREGOR COVERS - A correspondence of five 1904 to 1906 official covers from the Colonial office in London, England to Sir William MacGregor who was the 60th Governor of Newfoundland (he had just arrived in 1904 after serving in Lagos Colony
where he led the fight against malaria; previous to this he was in British New Guinea), some a little roughly opened but fine and with the original contents, among the things discussed is the whaling industry, also one stamped cover to Lady
