Worldwide Internet/Mail Sale - April 22, 1920

Over the years we have participated in a great many stamp shows. The early ones in the 1970s were understandably close to home, in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and across the border in the state of Maine. During the 1980s and 1990s we went further afield to Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver and New York. In the 2000s we have attended international shows in other countries. There are currently plans to hold a Capex show in Toronto in 2022. The last Capex was in 1996 so the news is most welcome.

Stamp shows are interesting events for philatelists. The bourse offers an opportunity to look through the inventories of dealers to find sought-after items. The larger shows often have competitive exhibits. It is both exciting and educational to see some of the very best collections and rarest stamps in the world. Stamp clubs and societies often have meetings for their members

This auction features over 2,400 lots of stamps, proofs and covers from around the world.

  • Canada offers extensive Admirals, semi-official airmails and revenues plus a great selection of coils and booklets from 2000 to 2010.
  • Other countries of note include Belgium, San Marino, Switzerland, Great Britain and New Zealand.
  • The large lot sections are loaded with better collections and accumulations.
