GB.QUEEN VICTORIA - OFFICIALS - GOVERNMENT PARCELS RARITY 1900 1s. green and carmine, OVERPRINT INVERTED, SG O72a, with typical parcel cancel leaving much of the overprint clear. With Royal Philatelic Society
London certificate 1908 (Signed E.D. Bacon), and 2022 WENVOE certificate, stating "slightly toned, small crease bottom left-hand corner". Virtually all known examples have heavy cancels. Only 120 were printed and only around 20 examples are known to
