ITALY - 1863 TRIAL CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIMEN PROOFS A wonderful collection of "SAGGIO" overprinted proof issues with a range of trial cancellations featuring a superb range of imperf values to 60c, these mostly with Diamond or Numeral in Diamond
cancels including 1c and 15c as part marginal inscription blocks of four, plus perf 2L vermilion x2 with diamond trial cancels and a 2L horizontal pair with Torino trial circular cancellation. A scarce assembly. (12 items comprising 19 stamps) |
