2446 imageIRELAND - 1922 MAJOR RETOUCH. 10s dull grey-blue Seahorses Dollard overprint with MAJOR RETOUCH Plate 1/3 L position R. 2/1, Hibernian T14b (SG 21var), fine lightly hinged mint, very nice centering, light gum bend, with 2018 RPSL photo-certificate. The light bend has been described as a crease on the certificate which in our opinion is extremely harsh as it doesn't appear to damage any of the paper fibres. Very rare.
