A charming collection on a stock card that includes an 1851-52 1d vermilion PAIR used in Queensland (SG 47), 1d claret on vertically- laid paper with 'NO LEAVES' variety SG 50a (Cat £850), 3d emerald- green SG 67, 6d Vandyke- brown with "WALLS" variety SG 72a (Cat £2500), 1854 several 2d blues from both printings incl one with part marginal inscription, a double- lined wmk 2d chalky blue rare vertical corner strip of three, 2d ultramarine worn plate PRINTED DOUBLE all over, 3d yellow green with "WACES" variety SG 87a (Cat £200), condition is mixed but an attractive group of "Classic" stamps nevertheless. (13 stamps)
