4026   Newspapers & Periodicals Collection Balance. Group of more than 80 stamps and 20 plus card proofs, the First Issue and its 1875 Reprints represented by a substantial group of 20 stamps with at least four of each of the three denominations, representation from all later issues other than the Special Printings, including a number of better stamps with Scott values in the low to high hundreds, approximately ten were purchased by the owner as Hard Paper Special Printings and some of these actually look the part, but the accompanying 2020 P.F. certificates for these state they are the normal printing (with Scott values up to $550.00), many of the stamps are without gum and the condition is very mixed with faults to be expected, overall a valuable group with a great many useful stamps, Scott value probably in excess of $20,000.00, see website PDF for a complete scan
