Block of ten with selvage at left of Green (16A) on reverse, block of nine and single of Pale Yellow Green (16Ab) on front, all but single (cancelled) tied by "Seoul, Coree 31 Mars 00" double-circle datestamp on "Empire de Coree, Ministere de l'Agriculture, du Commerce et des Travaux Publics, Direction Generale des Postes" corner card cover addressed locally, stamps issued but not authorized for use

VERY FINE. AN EXCEPTIONAL FRANKING OF THE 1900 ONE-POON ON 5-POON STAMP IN BOTH LISTED SHADES -- GREEN AND PALE YELLOW GREEN WHICH WAS ISSUED BUT NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE.
