Block of four, original gum, top pair h.r., bottom pair Mint N.H., precise centering rarely encountered on this issue, vibrant color on fresh paper, bottom right stamp with mild gum bend (not mentioned on accompanying certificate)

EXTREMELY FINE. A REMARKABLE ORIGINAL-GUM BLOCK OF FOUR OF THE 1862 40-CENTIMES NAPOLEON.
