VERY FINE AND IMPRESSIVE MULTIPLE CONTAINING THREE TYPES OF THE 1880 10-CENT ON 30-CENT SURCHARGE.

Multiples of this issue are very rare. The surcharge was done in a setting of 60, and the panes were guillotined to adapt to the overprint setting as indicated by the cut interpanneau margin at right.
