VERY FINE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED BLOCK OF THE PART PERFORATED 4-CENT PROPRIETARY ISSUE AND THE FINEST OF THE FEW KNOWN MULTIPLES.

The largest unit of the 4c Proprietary Part Perforated stamp is a repaired strip of six. This block of four is the only recorded block. In addition, there is a rejoined strip of four and a strip of three.

VERY FINE. A RARE AND DESIRABLE EXAMPLE OF THE $1.90 FOREIGN EXCHANGE IMPERFORATE -- ESPECIALLY DESIRABLE CANCELLED SOLELY BY THE HANDSTAMP.

It is believed that of the 9,000 examples originally issued imperforate, 312 were returned for perforating. It is not known how many were used.
