To 1970 in two Scott albums, well-filled throughout including souvenir sheets, early issues mainly used, starting in the 1930s it becomes largely unused and housed in mounts, some of the mounts are enclosed on all four sides, so we can't always tell about the hinging, it does appear there is a mix of hinged and Mint Never-Hinged sets, includes Semi-Postals, Air Posts, and Berlin, slightly mixed quality but a large portion of the unused is Fine-Very Fine
