Huge Jumbo margins and mathematically perfect centering, vivid color, neat oval numeral grid cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp and the epitome of perfection for a used Washington-Franklin, ex Kirke, with 2011 P.F. and 2010 P.S.E. certificates (Gem 100 Jumbo; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 100, SMQ $475.00 as 100), this is the highest grade possible and only two other examples have achieved this grade (Image)

Population Report is a 95, when taking into account the 4c value (Scott 334) which has three graded Superb 98 Jumbo and an SMQ value of $750.00, the SMQ value here is quite modest (Image)

Population Report with no others equal, whether P.S.A.G. is correct in its call of 100J or P.S.E. is correct is academic, as this is quite likely the finest used example extant (Image)
