Mint N.H. sheet of 25 with full selvage, position 5/1 with "FHN" for FNH" (SG 237a), prominent broken "N" at 1/4, noticeable variation of the surcharge positions, a few small marks on gum and a couple with just faint gum disturbance

VERY FINE. A RARE SHEET OF THE 30-FRANC ON 30-CENTIMES, THE RAREST VALUE OF THE PORT VILA SURCHARGES.

A small unannounced printing was made locally a Port Vila. Few sheets of any denomination have survived.
