Horizontal pair, huge margins to just in at bottom, portions of adjoining stamps at top, tied by two strikes of blue "Raleigh N.C." double-circle datestamp on brown oversized newspaper wrapper to Haywood N.C., the wrapper is unsurprisingly creased and wrinkled, right stamp with vertical crease, edgewear, refolded at one edge (fits on an album page), otherwise Fine, a rare use of the 2c Lithograph pair on a newspaper wrapper, these were rarely saved, Warren Census No. NC-19, ex Handy, Scott Retail for pair paying the double circular rate (Image) $ 5,000.00
