803   Austria Specialized 19th Century Collection. Offered intact as received, comprises the first two issues of both Austria and Lombary-Venetia, with shades, varieties and especially cancels, the varieties incl. Lombardy-Venetia 1850 5c printed on both sides strip of three (Raybaudi certificate), but the main focus is on cancels, with hundreds identified by Mueller numbers, several with Mueller points in the hundreds, a few over 1,000 and as high as 2,100, incl. cancels from Poland, Romania, Hungary and Czechoslovakia, condition is mixed as expected, the important cancels are usually clear and well-struck, overall a very desirable collection of this popular field, Scans of the entire collection (7.7MB) can be found on our website beneath the lot description
