Addr to Edinburgh Scotland (rec b/s) with red Paid Liverpool Col. Packet 19 Jy '59 transit. F-VF. Has b/s of John Seybold (his famous collection was dispersed at auction in 1910). It is interesting to note that this cover was mailed 9 days after the Decimal issue was placed on sale.
