folded letter rated m/s '9' used from Toronto 16 Aug, 1843 to Kingston UC (rec CDS). The contents inside make this item outstanding! It unfolds to a spectacular large size (16x20 in) legal Indenture from the CANADA COMPANY 1843, for a 100 acre
property in the Township of Kingston in the County of Frontenac. Has beautiful illustration of the Canada Company's Coat of Arms, full legal text, etc. The Canada Company was established in the 19th Century to aid in the colonization of Upper Canada.
It held huge tracts of land. A perfect item to frame for a legal office. F (Image)
