1954   imageUnused b/w photo postcard circa 1924 depicting CAPT PELLEITER D'OISY. He was a pioneer French aviator & WWI Flying Ace. He attempted a circumnavigation of the world in 1924. His attempt ended when his plane crashed in Shanghai China. However, he borrowed a Chinese plane & flew to Tokyo Japan making the Paris to Tokyo trip in 120 hours over 84 days.
