4852   image9, Attractive example with three full margins tied by clear 4-Ring '37' cancel on Trans-Atlantic cover with Quebec 9 Jy 1859 dispatch at left. Addr to Edinburgh Scotland (rec b/s) with red Paid Liverpool Col. Packet 19 Jy '59 transit. F-VF. Has b/s of John Seybold (his famous collection was dispersed at auction in 1910). It is interesting to note that this cover was mailed 9 days after the Decimal issue was placed on sale. 4872   imageHalifax 1883 circular posted unpaid to Moncton NB with large "RETURNED FOR POSTAGE" h/s applied. A #34 was then affixed and cancelled by Halifax 27 Aug '83 duplex. Intended to be forwarded to Moncton but ended up in Toronto (29 Aug '83 b/s). As the envelope was unsealed as required perhaps it got stuck together with another sent to Toronto.
