1576 og 752 image1935, 3¢ Washington's Peace Proclamation, special printing (Scott 752), pos. 54 from top left pane of uncut sheet of four panes signed "For President Franklin D. Roosevelt For His Collection, James A. Farley PMG 4/11/33", this stamp has parts of the "Pre" of "President", the stamp has full original gum which has a very tiny hinge remnant at top and has both pencil "84" and "Stanley Gibbons Incor." handstamp with "FDR" in pencil inside the handstamp on back, and is accompanied by a photo of the full uncut sheet, Extremely Fine and obviously unique, it is virtually impossible to tell the mint special printing stamps (the so-called "Farleys") from the normal sheet stamps.
