Only 126 examples known: 19 unused, 92 used singles, 5 used pairs and 5 covers. Ex Carmen A. Puliafito, with 1988 P.F. and 2011 P.S.E. certificates, the latter graded VG 50 -which is a bit low considering the issue(two additional PF certificates—#102020 (1981) and 327371 (1998)—noted but not included.
