1875 Special Printing of the 1873 Continental Issue, hard white wove

"Hard Paper" Special Printing (Scott 167), without gum as issued, incredibly rich bright color on bright white paper, scissor-separated as often, leaving perfs mostly complete and intact on three sides; light red ink marking on reverse shows faintly on the base of the bust, a Fine example of this rare special printing, 45 certified examples reported, less than 10 have full perforations intact, Siegel Census 167-UNC-24, with 1996 P.F. certificate.
