1875 Re-issue of the 1869 Pictorial Issue
LotNo. Symbol CatNo. Lot Description
3015 og 123-132 image1869 (1875 Re-issue), 1¢ buff to 90¢ carmine/black, Complete Set (Scott 123-132), all with original gum with varying degrees of adherences and/or hingeing; a few minor perforation flaws as imaged, the 3¢ with the tiniest of thin specks, generally Fine to extremely fine, an amazing opportunity to fill the page in one fell swoop.
Scott $20,925.

A complete set, discovered in a closed notebook from the era, never touching the light of day since its discovery a few years ago, the overall freshness, from completeness of the colors and impressions to the bright white unmistakable re-issue paper would be difficult to uncover another such attractive set.
