1005   imageU.S., Highly Complete, Valuable Mint Never Hinged Collection, 1851-2010. Housed in five luxurious Lighthouse hingeless albums with slipcases, assembled from the backside point of view in that the collector was collecting Post Office fresh never hinged examples, often with certificates, this doesn't mean he sacrificed centerring for gum, as there are many Fine-Very Fine or better examples, Highlights include (as mounted): 9; 11; 24; 25; 26; 36B; 63; 65(3); 73; 94; 114; 146-7; 149; 157-9; 179; 182-5; 189-90; 205; 209-11; 212-17; 219-29 includes 220a and 220c; 230-245! 246-61; 262; 264-275; 279-84; 285-93 (292 graded NH); 294-99; 300-12; from here the commemoratives are complete, nice range of Washington-Franklins including coil singles, pairs and line pairs and several with certificates; noted: 331-42; 348-353 & 355 line pairs; 374-82; 385-86, 390-92, 394, 396 410-13 all line pairs; 414-23; 424-40; 441-44, 447, 450, 452-55, 457-58 all line pairs; 459; 460; 461; 462-80 includes 467; 498-518; 519; 523-24; offsets complete including 534B; 539; regular issues complete from here on out except for the rarities; Armails complete including C13-15; Special Deliveries complete; Postage Dues, missing only eight stamps for those regularly issued; K1-17; Q1-12; JQ1-5; Duck Hunting Complete, C.S.A. includes: #4; 6-8; 11-14, the collection includes 30 certificates, a superior collection with a great range of numbers including those not often encountered, many of the toughies are here, there are a few regummed and/or brushed lightly hinged stamps and an occasional flaw/fault, but most of those that we examined, including the high value Columbians are indeed original gum never hinged and sound. We do not recall offering such a complete never hinged United States collection before, occasional very good or average, but, generally Fine or better, worth viewing and figuring as the resale potential / market value is considerable.
