1472 o 262 image1894, $2 bright blue (Scott 262), double oval registry cancel, beautiful stamp with large margins and deep rich color, the P.F. doesn't assign J's to their grades, but if they did, we are confident this stamp would easily deserve that designation, a clean full strike, great color, great centering and a high grade makes this a great candidate to be the best stamp of this issue known, if you collect only the best, then look no further, Extremely Fine to Superb, very rare. The P.S.E. population report only shows 3 stamps in a grade of 95 with none graded higher, with 1985 P.F. certificate and 2014 P.F. certificate graded XF-SUP 95.
