435 E image1964-65 Birds Chambon Perf 13½x14 stamp-size essay for a 5d Brush Turkey design on gummed unwatermarked paper, marginal example from the left of the sheet, unmounted, grossly undercatalogued at $500. [This was a trial printing in London to test the Chambon press. One sheet of 60 came onto the market only in 2015. Similar example sold at our auctions of 5.8.2021 & 1.12.2021 for $2155 & $2395 respectively]
