overprinting forme plus the complete overprinting forme of 30 (6x5), several different Damaged 'O's, '6d.' printed in the margin at the lower-left corner, horizontal crease across the second row, iron-spots affecting four units (and evident from the
face) & light gum blemishes, some minor perf separation/reinforcing, large-part o.g. with many units being unmounted, Cat £5760++, for mounted singles. A remarkable piece, being one of the largest surviving multiples with Type 1 'O.S.' Overprints.

Gibbons. Absent from Gary Diffen's collection, and believed to be the only recorded example. It might be thought that perforations have been trimmed from all sides of this stamp. However, stamps with perforations clear of the design on all sides are
