format & absent from all the auction catalogues we consulted. Superb! [Conway Longworth-Dames at p68 states "...the fourth stamp in the upper row was printed inverted". If the inverted unit was a careless error, this pane suggests that a Substituted
Cliché was inserted in the plate]
